What GlitchCheck is

GlitchCheck (https://glitchcheck.com) offers free tests that run in your browser and guides that explain what to do when a test finds a problem. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No warranty

Tests and guides are provided as they are. A browser can only measure what the browser exposes, so a result can be wrong: a "passed" does not guarantee your device is faultless, and a "problem found" does not prove a hardware defect. Check with the manufacturer before opening, modifying or discarding a device.

Your responsibility

Some tests play tones. Set your volume low before audio tests and stop if you feel discomfort. Fix guides may involve settings changes and, in some cases, opening a device; doing so can void a warranty. You act at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GlitchCheck and its author are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, including damage to devices, data loss or hearing injury.

Content and trademarks

Text, code and images on this site belong to GlitchCheck unless stated. Product names such as PlayStation, Xbox, AirPods and Windows belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. GlitchCheck is not affiliated with any of them.
